Bye Nits Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Bye Nits Ladies Beauty Centre, located at Guardian Towers, Muroor Road, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. By booking or receiving any treatment, you agree to abide by the policies and conditions stated below. These terms apply to both in-salon and home-service treatments.
1. In-Salon Terms and Conditions
1.1 Appointments & Bookings
– All treatments are by appointment only and subject to technician availability.
– Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or through the website.
– Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment.
– If the client is late, the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to accommodate others.
1.2 Payment Policy
– Full payment is required immediately after each session.
– Prices vary based on hair length and the severity of infestation.
– A 7th-day follow-up check is included in the service price.
– Follow-up sessions are only valid when recommended sessions are completed and performed on the 7th day after treatment.
– Free re-treatments are only applicable when live nits or nymphs are found during the 7th-day check.
– The presence of adult lice is considered a new infestation and will be charged as a new treatment.
– If the client fails to attend the 7th-day check, the guarantee of results is void.
1.3 Cancellations & Rescheduling
– Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
– Late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
1.4 Scope of Services
– Treatments are performed using Bye Nits’ non-toxic, professional-grade products and techniques.
– A 7th-day follow-up check is provided after all recommended sessions are completed.
– Hair washing is not included but can be added as an optional paid service.
1.5 Client Responsibilities
– Clients agree to arrive on time with detangled hair.
– Inform staff about any scalp sensitivities or allergies.
– Follow post-treatment instructions provided by Bye Nits.
– Detangling lasting longer than 10 minutes will incur an extra charge of AED 20 per 15-minute block.
1.6 Refunds
– All completed services are non-refundable.
– Free re-treatments are only offered if live nits or nymphs are found at the 7th-day follow-up.
1.7 Health & Safety
– All tools and equipment are sanitized after each client.
– Clients with scalp infections or open wounds may be refused treatment for health and safety reasons.
2. Home Service Terms and Conditions
2.1 Appointments & Availability
– Home services are available by appointment only and subject to technician route and area coverage.
– If the client is not present or not ready within 15 minutes of the technician’s arrival, the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled at Bye Nits’ discretion.
2.2 Payment Policy
– A non-refundable advance payment of AED 150 is required to confirm a booking.
– This amount covers transportation and technician allocation.
– Full payment for services is due immediately after completion of the session.
– Follow-up checks are charged AED 100 (Abu Dhabi Island) or AED 150 (Mainland).
– Follow-up sessions are only valid when recommended sessions are completed and performed on the 7th day after treatment.
– Free re-treatments are only applicable when live nits or nymphs are found during the 7th-day follow-up.
– The presence of adult lice is considered a new infestation and is charged as a new treatment.
– Missed or delayed follow-up sessions void the result guarantee.
2.3 Cancellations & Rescheduling
– Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled time.
– Late cancellations or no-shows result in loss of the AED 150 advance payment.
2.4 Transportation Fees
– Transportation fees are applied based on location and will be communicated at the time of booking.
2.5 Scope of Services
– Home services include consultation, lice treatment, and nits removal.
– Services are performed using Bye Nits’ vacuum and combing techniques with professional non-toxic products.
– A 7th-day follow-up check is provided after the recommended sessions are completed.
2.6 Client Responsibilities
– Clients must provide a clean, well-lit area suitable for treatment.
– Be ready with detangled hair.
– Keep children calm and cooperative during treatment.
– Detangling lasting over 10 minutes will be charged at AED 20 per 15-minute block.
– Follow all post-treatment aftercare recommendations.
2.7 Refunds
– Once the service begins, the session is non-refundable.
– Complimentary re-treatment applies only when live nits or nymphs are found during the 7th-day check.
2.8 Health & Safety
– Technicians follow strict hygiene and sanitation procedures.
– For health and safety, technicians may refuse treatment if the environment is unhygienic or unsafe.
3. General Terms
– Bye Nits reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
– All changes take effect immediately upon posting on the official website: www.byenits.ae.
– By booking or continuing to use our services, you agree to the updated terms.
